Our Activities Include : 

Bird Watching: Exotic bird species abound within the Lodge grounds for anyone to spot. The deck is the ideal place to relax and wait for different varieties to appear.

Himba Kraal Visits : Visit a Himba Kraal with one of our local Guides. Get a unique insight into the history and culture of the Himba people.

Kunene River Cruises : Relax with a drink and watch the sunset from a boat on the river while taking in the beautiful scenery and bird life. 

Kunene River Fishing : Boast about the catch of the day with many varieties of fish who populate the Kunene River.

Kunene Canoeing : How about a quit day on the River ? Canoes are available for hire by the day. The mighty Kunene is one of the youngest in Africa and flows more swiftly than most.

White Water Rafting : For the more adventurous at heart, we suggest a Half-day Rafting Adventure to Ondorusu Gorge. ( please enquire beforehand, rafting is not alway possible due to river conditions)
